Information for Presenters, Discussants, and Chairs
The two invited keynote presentations are one hour in length
including time for questions.
Plenary presenters have 30 minutes allocated for presentation,
followed by 10 minutes for the discussant, and 5 minutes for
questions.
Poster boards will be four feet in length and three feet in
hight. Please bring your posters with you to the
conference. Velcro for attaching the posters will be provided by the
company from which we rent the poster boards. For poster session I
on Friday, poster set up will be between 17:30-18:30. For poster
session II, please set up your poster during the 15 minute break
starting at 11:15.
The easiest approach for producing your poster would be just to take your existing slides, print them out on standard paper, and figure
out how many and which ones can fit the space provided (probably about
16 standard pages). Then you could bring them with you to the conference and we would provide the board for you to
attach them too.
A fancier, but more time consuming way, would be to use a package like beamerposter in latex to produce a poster PDF that could
be taken ahead of time to a print shop with a poster size printer and printed out. Then you would just bring the printed
out poster to the conference and attach it to the board. Beamerposter uses poster sizes like A0, which are described here

It looks like the largest A0 size would only fit if formatted horizontally. Otherwise it would be too tall.
