On-campus parking is free on on Friday after 4:30 PM and all weekend and all on campus parking lots are available over the weekend.
The conference dinner will take place in downtown Guelph. A bus service will be arranged to pick us up outside Rozanski Hall after the end of Poster Session II and bring us to the conference dinner. There will also be a bus service back after dinner. However, we anticipate that many of you may want to stay downtown later, in which case you will need to arrange your own transportation back to the hotel. It is a pleasant walk but would take about 45 minutes by foot, so you may also want to jot down these taxi numbers just in case: 1-519-821-1700 (Red Top Taxi), 1 519-824-3110 (Canadian Cab), although they are not always easy to reach/schedule. There is also public transport by bus until 12:15AM (see http://guelph.ca/living/getting-around/bus/schedules/ , and this google maps link).
Below is a summary table of the conference locations. The maps show directions from the Delta Hotel, where there will be students volunteers to guide you Friday evening and Saturday and Sunday morning. The Best Western is right accross the street (cross Gordon St.) from the Delta and Days Inn is just down the street (walk northwest on Gordon St.). Here is a map showing the three hotels in relation to each other.
